High quality logs are the key to beautiful log homes.  Moisture content must be kept low to limit shrinkage and settling associated with logs with a high moisture content.  Twisting and warping is also kept to a minimum using dry logs.  Our Western White Woods are normally harvested from standing dead timber that has been naturally air dried in the aired mountains in the Northwest.  Stability in components is the key to mitigate future problems with your log home.

Custom/Northern Log Homes supplies a vast variety of of sizes and lengths of turned logs using Western Red Cedar, Western White Woods and Douglas Fir.
